Yoga and Meditation for Relaxation

Ditas has started a yoga and meditation exercise for us the other day. You have to do it for at least 30 minutes per day. According to the article below, the above yoga and meditation exercise is more effective than memory-boosting exercise in the prevention of AZ and other neurological disorder as you grow older. David III took the following short video during our first exercise last week.
