My Own Observation: Recent Rapid Employees Turnover in the Activity, and Services ( Drivers) Section. Some residents complain about the poor communications between THD management and the residents. There is no Room or Hall to rent for Residents for Private Family Parties for Special Occasions ( Birthdays, etc...) for 20 or more Guests and Participants. The Dining room can not accommodate a one-seating dinner dining schedule resulting to a 2-seating Dinner Schedule. Some residents complain about this non-flexibility and inconvenience. There is an in-House Cinema ( 24-seats) but no bathroom. This is privately own and a high possibility of being purchased by a huge senior living conglomerate.
💰 Pricing Estimates
Independent living starts at approximately $6,095/month, varying by floor plan and servicestheheritagedowntown.com+3seniorly.com+3reddit.com+3.
One-time amenity fee and utilities are typically included; market-rate nearby apartments are higher outside the senior-living context apartments.com.
Personal Note: Currently, THD has about 100% occupancy, and from what I heard there are a few seniors in the waiting list. Our June phone book list 162 residents. I have been residing here for 2 years now and I am very happy of my living situation. If you are planning to move to THD, visit their website, https://theheritagedowntown.com/
